<p>The answer is yes, although it takes hard work and dedication. Having &#8220;good genes&#8221; can be a Godsend, and for some their belly just returns to its natural size,  unfortunately however, most of the time, and for most women,  it just doesn’t work like that.</p>

The reason being  is because the more often you ingest the proper foods, the higher and more stable your metabolic rate will be which in turn helps to burn more calories.
